개요

• 장기이식코호트는 국내 5개 장기(신장, 간, 심장, 폐, 췌장)이식 및 해외 신장 이식에 대한 코호트를 확립하고 이식 후 장기이식과 관련된 임상정보, 생존률 등에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 환경적 요인 등에 대한 추적 조사연구를 수행하는 코호트 사업입니다.

추진 경과

• 2014년부터 장기이식코호트를 구축하여 운영 중이며, 코호트를 통해 수여자 및 공여자의 임상정보 및 인체자원 수집 중이며, 2019년부터 해외 신장이식에 대한 코호트 구축을 위해 온라인 데이터 입력 플랫폼을 확보하고 임상정보를 수집 중입니다.
• 현재 국내 5개 장기의 83개 센터가 장기이식코호트에 참여 중이며, 해마다 약 2,000건 이상의 신규 이식 대상자 등록을 목표로 진행 중입니다.
• 매년 전문가용 및 일반인용 연차보고서를 발간하여 국민들의 장기이식에 대한 이해를 높이고 코호트 연구에 참여하지 않은 전문가들에게 장기이식 환자의 치료에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공하고 있습니다.

주요 성과

• 장기이식코호트 2019년부터 2024년 12월까지 22,673건의 이식환자를 등록하였으며, 수집 자료를 활용하여 총 65편의 연구논문이 발표되었습니다. 장기이식 관련 상세자료는 장기이식코호트 연차보고서를 참고하시기 바랍니다.
