개요

• 만성신장질환 장기추적조사 연구는 만성신장질환 환자를 대상으로 질환 특성을 규명하여 신기능 악화 및 합병증 발생을 예방·치료·관리하기 위해 과학적 근거를 창출하고 있는 한국인 만성신장질환을 대표하는 코호트 사업입니다.

추진 경과

• (1차 코호트) 2011년부터 2016년까지 만성신장질환 1~5기 환자를 대상으로 투석을 받지 않는 성인, 소아, 신장이식 세 개의 서브코호트를 구성하여 총 3,776명의 참여자를 모집하였으며, 1년 주기로 신기능, 투석, 심혈관계 사건 등에 대한 장기 추적조사를 진행 중입니다.
• (2차 코호트) 2022년부터 2024년까지 만성신장질환 3~4기 환자를 대상으로 투석을 받지 않은 성인, 소아, 신장이식 세 개의 서브코호트를 구성하여 총 1,814명의 참여자를 모집중에 있습니다.
