개요

• 코로나19 후유증 관리 대책의 과학적 근거마련을 위한 체계적인 후유증 조사연구를 추진하고 있습니다.

추진 경과

• 코로나19 후유증 조사연구 사업은 2022년 8월부터 4개 세부연구로 구성*하여 추진하고 있습니다.

  • * ① 임상기반 후유증 양상 연구 ② 빅데이터 플랫폼 기반 후유증 연구 ③후유증 발생기전 연구 ④후유증 가이드라인 운영

• 소아 및 성인을 대상으로 임상코호트를 구축하여, 기초정보, 임상정보 등 데이터와 검체(혈액)를 확보하고 있으며, 확보된 임상자원을 활용하여 빅데이터 연구, 기초·기전연구 등 중개연구를 지속하여 추진하고 있습니다.

주요 성과

• 국내·외 연구결과를 종합하여 ‘만성 코로나19증후군(후유증) 진료지침’을 마련하였고, 의료진이 진료 시 참고할 수 있도록 공유*하였습니다.
