개요

• 극소저체중아 레지스트리(Korean Neonatal Network, KNN)는 고위험 신생아 집중치료의 질 향상과 효율적인 치료관리기술 개발을 위한 전국단위 미숙아 등록 사업입니다.

추진 경과

• 2013년 80개 이상의 병원이 참여하는 전국적인 임상연구 네트워크를 구축하여 출생체중 1,500 g 미만 또는 임신 나이 32주 미만의 미숙아 전수의 80% 이상을 등록하여 ’24년 6월 기준, 2만 4천여 명을 등록 완료하였으며, 퇴원 후 만 1.5세 및 만 3세에 추적조사를 수행하고 있습니다.
