개요

• ‘극소저체중아 레지스트리(Korean Neonatal Network, KNN)’는 고위험 신생아의 치료기술 향상 및 생존율 향상을 위한 전국 단위 임상연구 등록사업입니다.

추진 경과

• 2013년부터 전국 70개 이상의 병원이 참여하고 있으며 등록 기준은 출생체중 1,500g 미만의 극소저체중아 또는 임신나이 32주 미만의 미숙아로 매년 국내 출생 극소저체중아의 80% 이상을 등록하고 있습니다. 현재까지(2026.3. 기준) 약 2만 8천여 명을 등록하였으며, 퇴원 후 만 1.5세 및 만 3세에 추적조사를 수행하고 있습니다.
• 2022년부터 미숙아 치료수준을 전국적으로 상향평준화 시키기 위한 다양한 신생아집중치료 질 향상(Quality Improvement, QI) 프로그램(모유수유, 감염관리, 인공호흡기케어, 입실체온향상)을 운영하고 있으며, 향후 프로그램의 중·장기적 합병증 개선 및 생존율 향상 효과를 분석하여, 실효성 있는 프로그램을 확대 운영함으로써 미숙아의 생존율 항상 및 건강증진에 기여하고자 합니다.
