Stem cell registry, integrated in the revised Bioethics & Safety Act (Feb. 1, 2012 revision of a part) is legislated for stem cells researcher to use established or imported stem cell lines safely in the country and remove the obstacles originated from doubt about stem cell lines.

Center for Disease Control & Prevention(CDC) runs an Advisory committee for stem cell registration and stem cell website that provides information about stem cell lines.
